Regular choir rehearsals correspond with Monroe Co-op dates on Thursdays.
Additional choir rehearsals may be added closer to concert dates.

We appreciate College Place Baptist Church for allowing us to have choir at their church so we want to leave the church better than we find it. We need your help.
We ask that all parents and children not in choir to remain in room 103 during choir. Children do not need to be running up and down the halls or knocking on choir doors and running (YES, they have done this!)
Please bring something for your children to sit and quietly play with or work on during this time. Children should not be allowed to play in co-op storage room.
No one is allowed to go upstairs for anything, during co-op or choir. Upstairs is off limit to homeschoolers!
On Thursday co-op is held at College Place and is over at 2:30 PM. Co-op has a cleaning crew and they clean up for co-op and leave at 2:30. Choir will need to clean up at the end of choir.
We need your help. We have asked that choir moms sign up agreeing they will be the last to leave and will make sure rooms are clean and lights are turned out. Please remember to check restroom lights also. OH and the restroom garbage will be FULL of paper towel after choir and you can empty this into the big garbage can in the fellowship hall.
The most important item is to make sure the door at the end of the hall is locked. Sometimes a piece of wood gets placed in that door to keep it from closing and locking. Please remove the wood and close the door tight before you leave.

Mrs. Sherry needs a helper each week to sit in with the 2nd and 3rd grade choir.
You will need to help keep the kids on track, help them turn pages when needed or find their place and also to walk out in hallway if someone needs to visit the restroom. Speaking of restroom, please remind the choir students to use the restroom before they go to choir.
